2021 SA NATIONAL INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS

INFORMATION – double indoor round
Competition format:
The seeding rounds can be shot at either an indoor or outdoor range. An accredited judge must officiate at the event. When registering to participate in the event the archer must nominate at which club they will be participating.
SANAA will confirm with the respective clubs / provinces whether the round will be shot indoor / outdoors and which judge will officiate at the venue.
Seeding round scores will be collated from all the venues around the country for each category as well as separating them into rounds shot indoors or outdoors. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 archers in each category based on their seeding round.
Trophies will be awarded to the top scorer in each category irrespective of whether the seeding rounds have been shot at an indoor or outdoor venue and these winners will be declared the national champions. Should there be a tie in the scores as well as the 9 & 10 count in any category, the title and trophy will be shared.
With regard to the various age categories, for this event ONLY archers may enter to shoot in the category to which they would have been entitled to compete as at the 31st of December 2021.
Participation in the tournament remains one of the criteria for the awarding of Association (SANAA) colours.
